Playful :)

Bella is absolutely playful. When she first came here, I wondered if I would ever see her wag her tail or smile and now, that's pretty much all she does!

We were just out on the patio. She likes going out if Petie and I are with her. She sits close to me and wants her scratches. She always has a smile on her face, she runs and she barks if any dogs or people walk by the house.

She came in the house yesterday and ran to her bed and when she got there she spun around and did that "let's play" thing that they do when they get down on their front legs, put their bottoms up in the air and wag their tails...all the while with a big smile! Unbelievable.

It's been so wonderful watching this girl come back to life. She truly loves her new life and appreciates her safe, happy home.

Right now Petie and Bella are in their beds, close by, sleeping peacefully and enjoying their afternoon naps. Bella is doing her usual snoring, which still sounds just wonderful to me.
