I wanted to do this for Bella and for us, so that we can remember our journey with her but also, in hopes that someone might read it and be encouraged to save a life and adopt a shelter pet.
It is so rewarding to offer a loving home to an animal who is at the end of the road, nowhere to turn, spirit broken. They appreciate it so much and we are given the joy of nurturing them and watching them bloom.
We get to see, one more time, what Love can do.
