Back Home

Bella is back home with us. She looks so pretty and smells so nice. When I picked her up today, she seemed to be happy to see me, was wagging her tail and smiling and apparentlyenjoyed her little "sleep over" at Dr. Heartsills.

She is getting better at everything, including riding in the car. Now, rather than climbing into the front seat and trying to sit in my lap, she sits in the back seat...which is where she is supposed to be! She's a very intelligent girl and a quick learner.

She ate a hearty supper when she got home and is sleeping for
a while. I'll try out the new inhalers tonight...one given daily and one for emergencies. Hopefully, she can be kept comfortable.

She's back on Temeril P which contains a steroid, so her symptoms are better now. It was after she had finished that medication last week, that the itching and the respiratory distress returned. I hope she can get to the point where she will not need that medication and will still be
comfortable. For now, she's in good shape and looking oh, so bella :)
